Mele Murals will be screening on
Friday, Oct. 14th at 4p at the
Margaret Mead Festival in New York. This screening will feature a very special guest. Auntie Pua Case will be coming from the Big Island for Q&A following the film!
Don't miss this opportunity to meet one of the leaders of the Native
Hawaiian community featured in the film. She is an activist, cultural
practitioner, educator and mother.
Auntie Pua recently went to North Dakota to stand with the Standing Rock Sioux in their effort to protect their land and water from the
construction of the 1,172-mile Dakota Access Pipeline.
